Role:
As an experienced professional, you lead the assembly work on large construction sites in the field of sanitary installation. You are responsible not only for flawless execution but also for the coordination of schedules, material flow and team leadership - from the first installation to handover to the customer.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of assembly and installation work on new build and refurbishment projects in the field of sanitary technology
Technical leadership and goal-oriented management of your assembly team on site
Coordination of daily workflows as well as adherence to schedules and quality standards
Responsibility for material procurement, tool management and report creation
Communication with specialist planners, site managers and project managers on site
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as sanitary installer EFZ or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the field of sanitary assembly
Organisational talent with high reliability and customer orientation
Leadership personality with resilience and assertiveness
Confident and professional manner in dealing with planning and construction managers
