With a workforce of more than 750 people, the SIS Group (Fire and Rescue Service) intervenes to save lives by placing victims at the centre of its concerns at all times.
The Service's staff consists of professional firefighters, paramedics, and operators of the alarm and deployment centre; it includes administrative and technical personnel responsible for administrative, technical, and logistical tasks, who contribute through their support to the excellence of rescue operations.
To complete its team, the SIS Group is looking for a person for its Planning Office:
Two Planning Assistants at 100%
Your mission and your responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the head of the planning office, you participate in scheduling the shifts of fire and rescue company personnel and their training using dedicated software. You ensure the transmission of information to colleagues and their hierarchy and ensure that the fire watch and training schedule is kept up to date at all times. You alert your hierarchy if the operational base is no longer guaranteed and are proactive in seeking solutions. At the request of the hierarchy, you perform administrative tasks and provide organisational support to the fire company officers.
Your profile:
You hold a commercial professional maturity certificate or equivalent training and have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in planning or secretarial work. You demonstrate a strong interest in public action related to the missions of the Fire and Rescue Service (SIS). You have an excellent sense of organisation, prioritisation, and are solution- and quality-oriented to ensure the expected result. You have proven experience and interest in new technologies and management IT tools. You know how to work both independently and as part of a team or in support of several colleagues in a cross-functional manner. Your work is careful and precise even under pressure while respecting tight deadlines. You have excellent writing skills, especially for administrative documents, and are sensitive to the confidentiality of the information you handle.
You are ready to demonstrate great availability and flexibility in organising your work and are comfortable with irregular hours.
You reside within the authorised residential area.
