Commercial Clerk Order Processing 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss company in the distribution of high-quality premium products with a strong market position. Responsibilities:
You check orders regarding prices, availability, payment method, and customer data.
Preparing interim and final invoices is part of your daily routine.
You create order confirmations and send them to customers.
You enter and update article and customer master data in the system.
You independently handle supplier orders for customer orders and stock requirements.
You check customer accounts and monitor outstanding payments.
For leasing transactions, you coordinate enquiries with the responsible financial institutions.
You support export orders with invoices and required documents as needed.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
English skills are advantageous for certain tasks.
You are confident in using MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is welcome.
A structured working style and good time management characterise you.
You work independently and keep an overview even with multiple orders.
Customer orientation and a solution-focused working approach are important to you.
Teamwork and resilience complete your profile.
You have very good German skills as well as good knowledge of French.
