Role:
Are you ready for a new challenge in a traditional company? Our Rocken partner is looking for a committed Senior Accountant (m/f/d) for a Rocken partner. Become part of a team with over 50 years of experience that is shaping the future together with you.
Responsibilities:
- Managing accounting processes and ensuring correct financial statements in close cooperation with external specialists
- Monitoring liquidity and ongoing control of financial resources
- Developing and maintaining an internal control system to support management
- Regular review of accounts receivable and handling national and international payment transactions
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns in accordance with applicable regulations
- Leading and promoting a small team of finance professionals to ensure efficient working methods
- Implementing and optimising an ERP system for internal accounting and inventory management
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal diploma
- Several years of experience in the finance sector of an SME, preferably in a technical environment, distinguish you
- You possess sound knowledge in accounting, human resources and administration
- Leadership experience, both professional and personnel, is crucial for this role
- Your analytical skills, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking set you apart from other applicants
- High social competence, teamwork and assertiveness are among your strengths
- Fluent German is required; additional language skills are an advantage
