Windows IT Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You personally and by phone support the customers
- The setup, operation, and expansion of server and client systems under Windows are also part of your duties
- You also ensure second-level support for the customers
- You ensure smooth operation and thus support web applications
- You actively support the maintenance and expansion of software distribution as well as applications
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and have already gained experience in first-, second-, and third-level support
- You have in-depth knowledge of Windows environments (Windows Server 2016/2019, Azure, O365)
- You are familiar with current system architectures, technologies, and implementation approaches
- Your networked thinking as well as your resilient and team-oriented personality distinguish you
- You possess very good German language skills in spoken and written form
