Responsibilities:
- As Team Lead Real Estate Accounting, you are responsible for the leadership and organisation of the accounting team specialised in real estate
- You coordinate the daily operations in accounting and ensure smooth running
- Preparation of annual financial statements and bookkeeping for real estate properties are among your main tasks
- You monitor and optimise processes in real estate accounting and continuously develop them
- You are also the contact person for complex accounting issues and support problem-solving
Qualifications:
- As Team Lead Real Estate Accounting, you have further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting is required; ideally, you have already gained experience in a leadership position
- You are an experienced team leader who leads by example and can motivate their team
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are essential
