Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Modern IT infrastructures require more than reliable operation: technical foresight, automation, and a profound understanding of Microsoft technologies are in demand. In this role, you actively shape powerful IT environments, further develop existing platforms, and bring innovative solutions into productive use.
Responsibilities:
Engineering, operation, and continuous development of modern Microsoft infrastructures
Design and administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
Management and optimisation of Microsoft Entra ID as well as hybrid identity structures
Support of Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policies
Implementation of modern endpoint management concepts with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
Automation of recurring processes with PowerShell and other scripting solutions
Analysis of complex faults and sustainable optimisation of the system landscape
Participation in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and technology modernisations
Development of security and operational concepts in the Microsoft environment
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a system engineer, system administrator, or Microsoft infrastructure engineer
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and administration of cloud and on-premises environments
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
Good PowerShell skills and interest in automation
Understanding of IT security, permission management, and modern authentication
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment in taking on technical responsibility and actively further developing systems
