Key Account Manager - Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Our partner company is an internationally active Swiss industrial enterprise that develops technically sophisticated solutions for various industrial applications. The company supports its customers from the initial technical conception through development and implementation to the finished solution.
The focus is on customised products and systems tailored to individual requirements and complex operating conditions. The company works closely with its customers as well as various internal and external specialist departments.

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Developing individual sales strategies and offers.
- Coordinating with the technical team.
- Conducting contract negotiations and concluding contracts.
- Continuous market and competitor analysis.
- Representing the company at relevant trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
- Regular reporting on sales performance and revenue development to management.
Qualifications:
- Completed technical basic training in mechanical and plant engineering.
- Technician HF qualification or similar technical further education.
- Proven experience in sales in mechanical and plant engineering.
- Understanding of the mechanical engineering industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland for customer acquisition and support (20-30%).
- Independent working style, high self-motivation, and team spirit.
- Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
