- You manage construction and structural renovation projects
- Planning and supervision of repair and maintenance work are your responsibilities
- Building services engineering, including fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and solar systems
- You prepare investment proposals for necessary measures
- You lead the operations electrician team and ensure optimal organisation
- You are responsible for supervising cleaning and canteen staff
Qualifications:
- You have a broad technical understanding of building services engineering
- With a basic craft training and appropriate further education, you bring the necessary qualifications
- Several years of experience in a similar role are present
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
