Cook 50-70%
We initially offer you a fixed-term contract, with the option of a permanent position upon successful collaboration.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all diet types according to the menu plan and special requests
- Responsible for regeneration, finishing, and commissioning of meals
- Co-responsible for efficient inventory management
- Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
- Proper and professional organisation of work within the kitchen service
- Co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management
Your profile
- Training as a cook EFZ with professional experience, advantageous
- Many years of experience in hot and cold kitchen, finishing/regeneration and commissioning of meals
- Professional and independent working attitude
- Flair for plating and decorating dishes
- Willingness to work at events
- Knowledge of system gastronomy as well as à la carte kitchen
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
