- Support of complex support cases in Microsoft, cloud, and network environments
- Analysis and resolution of faults in areas such as Microsoft 365, collaboration solutions, server and security infrastructures
- Proactive handling of system alerts from central monitoring and RMM tools
- Close cooperation with engineering and operations teams to jointly resolve challenging cases
- Direct customer contact during escalations (by phone and in writing)
- Continuous optimisation of response and support processes
- Documentation of workflows, solutions, and best practices for standardisation
- Completed IT training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development, ideally combined with further IT education (HF/FH)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Windows server environments (on-premise and hybrid)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and networks
- Calm, structured, and solution-oriented working style even in critical faults
- Independent, responsible personality with a high service orientation
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- Fixed working hours without weekend or on-call duties
- 40-hour week with five weeks’ holiday

Tasks
- Independent handling of critical incidents and technical escalations- Support of complex support cases in Microsoft, cloud, and network environments
- Analysis and resolution of faults in areas such as Microsoft 365, collaboration solutions, server and security infrastructures
- Proactive handling of system alerts from central monitoring and RMM tools
- Close cooperation with engineering and operations teams to jointly resolve challenging cases

Profile
- At least 4 years of practical experience in IT operations or IT support (VIP), ideally at an IT service provider- Completed IT training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development, ideally combined with further IT education (HF/FH)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Windows server environments (on-premise and hybrid)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and networks
- Calm, structured, and solution-oriented working style even in critical faults
- Independent, responsible personality with a high service orientation
