Export & Customs Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Role:
As an Export & Customs Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating international shipments and reliably handling all related formalities.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the smooth organisation of international shipments via various transport routes.
You handle customs formalities and take care of the necessary permits and documents.
You coordinate external logistics partners and support tenders and performance evaluations.
You ensure compliance with trade and safety regulations, especially for special transport requirements.
You manage shipping documents, certificates of origin, and letters of credit, as well as the correct verification of transport invoices.
You support the further development of packaging and logistics processes, considering quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade.
You are proficient in ERP systems and common office applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
You have very good German and good English skills.
Ideally, you bring additional knowledge in export control, hazardous goods, international trade documents, and regulatory requirements.
