For our site in Saint-Prex (VD), we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities

- IT Referent Manager

• Technical support to IT teams
• Manage and plan resources for clients
• Technical follow-up of clients
• Special client & cloud responsiveness
• Technological watch
• Lead teams with the support of a technical contact point per sector
• Verification of client billing
• Welcoming and training employees
• Monitoring training and coaching of employees

- System Engineer

• Design and installation of IT infrastructure for 10 - 500 users
• Management of level 2-3 incidents
• Management and administration of MDM & RMM systems
• Deployment of Cloud environments
• Configuration and management of Firewalls
• Implementation of infrastructure projects using Microsoft, VMware, Apple and Hyper V technologies
• Configuration and management of backup systems
• Configuration and management of switches and routers
• Configuration and management of NAS and SAN storage (iSCSI, FC)
• Audit and documentation of IT infrastructure

Your profile

• You hold an IT technician ES diploma or equivalent at minimum
• Ability to manage an IT project from initiation to delivery
• Stress-resistant, you know how to manage priorities and are flexible
• Customer service and speed of execution are your strengths thanks to your rigour, organisation, proactivity and excellent communication skills
• You enjoy teamwork and have natural leadership
• Native French speaker, knowledge of English and German is a plus
• Natural curiosity in technological evolution
• Driving licence essential

Experience

• 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
• Mastery of VMWARE, Veeam, Windows Server, Exchange
• Strong knowledge: switching (Layer 2&3), Firewall (UTM), SAN Storage (iSCSI, FC)

Additional assets

• Experience in Cloud deployments, Office 365, …
• Skills in HA, security, scripting, monitoring, ...
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies product lines
• Understanding of VoIP & SIP protocols
