Order Processing & Export Clerk (m/f/d)

Role:
In this versatile position, you will take on commercial and organisational tasks related to order processing and international goods shipping. You will support various business areas and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
You process customer orders and ensure timely and reliable order fulfilment.
You support the procurement of materials and services and coordinate the corresponding ordering processes.
You organise administrative procedures in shipping and export and prepare the necessary delivery and customs documents.
You assist accounts payable and receivable and contribute to payment monitoring and dunning processes.
You handle telephone and written customer enquiries and take on reception duties.
You perform general commercial and administrative tasks and support internal office organisation.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ).
You bring professional experience in order processing or export administration, preferably from an industrial or manufacturing company.
You have basic knowledge of shipping processes and international goods deliveries.
You impress with organisational talent, interconnected thinking, strong communication skills, as well as an independent, careful, and reliable working style.
You are team-oriented, helpful, and confident in dealing with customers and business partners.
