Administration, configuration and further development of Exchange Online, Teams Voice and Exchange Online Protection
Support with the migration and integration of existing Exchange and Skype for Business environments into Microsoft 365
Analysis and resolution of technical faults in the environment of Exchange Online and related Microsoft components
Collaboration with IT specialist teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable solutions for email and collaboration
Monitoring new developments in the Microsoft 365 and messaging environment as well as evaluating and introducing suitable technologies
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Exchange and modern messaging solutions
Experience with Exchange Online, Teams Voice and Exchange Online Protection is an advantage
Knowledge of Skype for Business as well as experience with migrations and integrations is an advantage
Strong skills in troubleshooting, fault analysis and problem solving
Independent and responsible working style with strong team and communication skills as well as good English skills
