HR Business Partner

On behalf of one of our clients active in Switzerland and internationally, we are looking for an HR Business Partner. Your mission will be to support managers in overseeing their teams and developing their employees, working with multiple professions in a stimulating environment where your role as a partner is fully recognised.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You recruit the talents that the various departments need to achieve their operational objectives
• You proactively advise and support managers throughout their employees’ journey: conflict management, absenteeism, role development, structural changes
• You identify skills needs, deploy appropriate training and support each individual in their professional development, encouraging a culture of continuous learning
• You lead various HR projects and actively participate in defining new processes to evolve practices and ensure quality service

You offer your new employer

• You hold the Federal Diploma as a Human Resources Specialist or an equivalent higher education qualification
• You have at least three years of successful experience as an HR Business Partner
• You master Swiss labour law
• You have a team spirit, know how to unite people and are a source of proposals
• As a native French speaker, you speak English fluently. German is an asset.
