The Medical-Social Centres have the mission to help people of all ages who are dependent or affected in their health to remain in their living environment as long as possible and to support their caregivers. APREMADOL, with its 4 CMS, serves 7 municipalities in the western Lausanne area.

To complete our teams, we are looking, immediately or by agreement, for several:
Field Nurse
70% - 80%
Your main tasks
- Provide care and appropriate support to people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their entourage
- Provide technical, hygiene and comfort care services as well as support to our clients
- Document the client’s electronic file by entering all necessary information for the delivery of services, continuity of care and planning
- Provide delegated medical care, hygiene and comfort services as well as support to our clients
- Actively participate in a multidisciplinary manner in the coordination and follow-up of the care plan defined with the client
- Participate in identifying the immediate needs of new clients
- Support auxiliary staff to ensure the quality of services
Your profile and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (HES) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the health sector
- Good knowledge of the social-health domain
- Good command of the French language with strong writing skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Ability to communicate and negotiate
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
