Role:
As an Azure System Engineer, you actively shape modern IT infrastructures and ensure smooth operation for various customers. Windows server environments, Microsoft 365, and Azure are part of your daily toolkit. You confidently navigate between support, project work, and customer contact. This role suits you if you want to dive deep technically while still keeping an eye on the big picture.
Responsibilities:
You operate and further develop Windows server, Microsoft 365 (M365), and Azure environments for customers, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
You take full responsibility for endpoint management with Autopilot, app deployment, compliance policies, and conditional access
You participate in IT outsourcing projects, such as migrations, transitions, and commissioning
You resolve complex requests in 2nd and 3rd level support and keep runbooks and documentation up to date
Additionally, you maintain direct communication with customers and regularly participate in workshops and team events
Qualifications:
You bring solid practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, Teams including Teams Voice, SharePoint, and Intune
Strong knowledge of Entra ID distinguishes you, for example in conditional access, group policies, and hybrid scenarios
You are familiar with endpoint management via Intune, including Autopilot, app deployment, and configuration policies
Basic knowledge of Azure, both IaaS and PaaS, as well as hybrid infrastructure concepts complete your profile
PowerShell skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style are among your strengths
Furthermore, you communicate professionally with customers in both German and English
