Role:
Our Rocken partner offers an exciting opportunity for you to work as a property manager for residential properties (m/f/d) in the vibrant city of Zurich. In this responsible position, you will manage a diverse property portfolio and develop innovative concepts for letting and management. You will coordinate renovation measures and maintain contact with demanding clients and tenants. Are you ready to bring your entrepreneurial thinking and social skills into a dynamic role?
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of a portfolio of office, commercial and residential properties in Zurich
- Development of letting and management concepts, recommendations for renovation measures and management of the site budget
- Negotiation and preparation of commercial and residential lease agreements
- Organisation and coordination of letting processes in cooperation with an administrative assistant
- Support of demanding clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Proactive maintenance of contact with tenants and service companies as well as other stakeholders
- Monitoring of renovation work, condition assessment of properties and preparation of cost and revenue analyses
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
- Experience as a property manager with a professional certificate
- High service mentality, social skills and initiative
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high resilience and a structured way of working
- Flexibility and networked thinking to meet diverse requirements
