Electrical Master Electrician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, and monitoring of regular scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Leading and organising the team, including personnel planning
- Supervising and managing repairs, projects, and orders until handover to the customer
- Active support in daily operations
Ensuring occupational safety and enforcing regulations and measures - Maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new orders
- Preparing offers, applications for electrical installations, and billing
- Responsibility for financial results and meeting deadlines
- Continuous optimisation of operations and promotion of innovations
- Participation in the on-call organisation
- Further development of the department
- Compliance with and enforcement of all legal and company regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Further training as a federally certified electrical installer (master craftsman examination)
- Knowledge in maintenance and repair of systems
- Enthusiasm for varied and responsible tasks
- Fluent German skills, spoken and written
- Independence, team spirit, and customer orientation
