Salary - CHF104,000 - 117,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus and high expertise in mechanical and plant engineering. The company develops technically sophisticated system solutions and combines modern technologies with comprehensive engineering know-how. Responsibilities:
You organise and manage the internal freight forwarding in day-to-day business.
You monitor international deliveries and coordinate their timely execution.
You develop shipping processes together with the involved specialist departments.
You review and coordinate offers for export transports with the responsible departments.
You take on operational management in projects in the area of freight forwarding.
You independently handle certificates of origin and the corresponding clarifications.
You coordinate international delivery requirements with sales and project teams.
You ensure compliance with internal and legal export regulations.
Qualifications:
A technical or commercial apprenticeship forms your professional foundation.
You have further training in export or international trade.
You bring several years of experience in industrial export business.
You are familiar with international transports to Europe and overseas.
Knowledge in compliance and export control is desirable.
You communicate confidently and present yourself assuredly to internal departments.
Independence, negotiation skills and assertiveness characterise you.
Very good German and good English skills are part of your profile.
