Offer Development Manager

Desired profile:

• University or HES degree in transport, mobility, spatial planning, engineering or equivalent training
• Additional training in project management, business economics or work organisation preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in offer development, transport planning, mobility or market development related to public transport, ideally including 3 years in team management
• Proven experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects, ideally within a public transport company or a subsidised organisation
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss public transport system, as well as service ordering processes and relationships with clients
• Good understanding of multimodality, intermodality and spatial planning issues
• Excellent managerial, listening, communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, organisational skills and ease in a transforming environment

• Contribute to the development of the company’s offer and strategy by analysing market, territorial and demand evolutions
• Identify development opportunities and propose innovative mobility solutions consistent with the company’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations
• Manage a team of 2 to 3 specialists in offer development
• Build trusting relationships with clients, communities, institutional partners and key accounts, and represent the company in the market
• Manage complex projects from needs definition to implementation, monitoring costs, deadlines and results
• Mobilise and coordinate various internal and external stakeholders (planning, finance, marketing, communities, etc.)
