Assembly Methods Technician
Your missions:
- Ensure the reliability, functionality and robustness of components, both in automated and manual assembly processes.
- Develop and deploy manufacturing ranges as well as machine programmes, both when introducing new products and for existing productions.
- Define, update and make available technical references, while contributing to the capitalisation and formalisation of know-how.
- Provide your technical expertise to production teams and intervene in the analysis of issues encountered on site.
- Contribute to the definition and deployment of the business strategy, ensuring its concrete translation in production workshops.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
- Take part in projects related to the introduction and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
Your profile
You hold a Technicien ES diploma, HES Bachelor or an equivalent qualification, ideally in microtechnology, automation or industrial systems.
You have multidisciplinary technical skills covering mechanics, automation, programming, industrial vision and special machine configuration.
In-depth knowledge of brazing and welding is an advantage.
Ideally, you have experience in fault diagnosis and problem-solving related to special machines.
Experience in industrial manufacturing methods and/or the watchmaking field would be appreciated.
With good analytical and synthesis skills, you are comfortable identifying issues, proposing solutions and implementing them on site.
You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and can communicate effectively with interlocutors of varied profiles.
Autonomous, rigorous and proactive, you are a source of proposals and have a real taste for technical and operational environments.
