IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of the global IT infrastructure including Microsoft and network environments
Taking over the 2nd-level support for end users as well as analysing and resolving complex faults
Participation in IT projects and implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
Ensuring stable and reliable operation of servers, applications and IT services
Implementation and further development of security measures to protect systems, data and users
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable education or relevant professional experience
At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, routers, virtualisation and Citrix
Experience with SD-WAN, ADC as well as IT security and a strong understanding of complex infrastructure environments
Fluent English and very good German skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
