For collaboration with your colleagues, it is important that you spend at least 50% of your working time in the office in this role.
What awaits you
- Monitoring tickets on the Tririga platform
- Placing orders on ISS Sourcing
- Carrying out various administrative tasks inherent to the role (visit announcements, access requests)
- Electronic archiving of documents
- Preparing contracts and service sheets
- Drafting offers
- Modifying and monitoring contract amendments
- Preparing invoice proposals and supervisor control according to the current process
- Checking and accounting for debtor and creditor invoices, as well as monitoring reminders
- Creditor reminders
- Analysis of numerical data to optimise/improve existing processes
- Monthly KPI control
What you bring
- Diploma or commercial employee CFC and/or
- Further training in the administrative field
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the service sector
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken
- Very good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work in different IT environments
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Ease in collaborating and coordinating with different stakeholders
- Open-mindedness and flexibility towards change
