Do you want to take the next career step in property accounting? Responsibilities:
- Management of complex property accounting including the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of condominium and rental property accounts, including heating and ancillary cost statements
- Responsibility for creditor management as well as payment transactions
- Conducting dunning and debt collection procedures to ensure payment flows
- Advising property managers and clients on all accounting questions and concerns
- Support in the introduction of new mandates as well as the posting of opening balances
- Participation in optimising internal processes and further development of accounting systems
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in property accounting, ideally with advancement prospects
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with property software is an advantage
- High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks
- Fluent German as well as an independent and structured working style
