Internal Sales Manager with Foreign Language Skills 80-100% (a)

Your tasks:
You will manage a defined customer portfolio in collaboration with the field sales team. Since your customers operate in various sectors, it is important that you can empathise with different situations to provide optimal advice. You will handle the order processing from the quotation to the coordination of delivery dates. To achieve this, you will work closely with internal departments and external partners. Additionally, you always have a listening ear for your customers' concerns and can respond in a solution-oriented manner. You enjoy supporting others, and your customers can feel that.
Your profile:
After your commercial training, you have gained at least two to three years of experience in a similar role. You have excellent German skills in spoken and written form and additionally score points if you bring good to very good English and/or French skills. This enables you to communicate effortlessly with all contacts. Additional foreign languages are a bonus for us. You have a knack for common MS Office programmes and are proficient in handling ERP systems. Your working style is precise, well-structured and goal-oriented. Your team and customers can always rely on you.
