Certified Building Draughtsman (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Certified building draughtsman required
• Proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of AEAI fire protection requirements (AQ2 level), an advantage
• Proficient with common industry software including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, Archicad and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of building technology
• Interest in and good knowledge of subsidies for renovations
• Organised, rigorous, pragmatic and with good interpersonal skills

• Prepare technical drawings at all project stages: sketches, preliminary project, final project, execution and detail plans
• Compile and submit planning application dossiers
• Carry out surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software
• Perform measurements and oversee small construction sites
• Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids
