In 2nd level support, you analyse and resolve faults in server, virtualisation, and storage environments
You check backups, monitoring messages, and carry out necessary troubleshooting
With patching and maintenance work, you ensure the stable operation of the VMware environment
Additionally, you manage Windows/Linux servers, storage systems, and data centre infrastructures
You participate operationally in infrastructure projects and support the on-call service
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT training (EFZ or equivalent) and have experience in system administration
Your knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware vSphere/ESXi, VEEAM, and SAN is solid
You are also familiar with PowerShell scripting and monitoring with WhatsUp Gold
You are a native speaker of German or French, have a good command of the other language, and possess technical English at an intermediate level
