Export Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in export and foreign trade in a responsible position? In this role, you coordinate international goods movements, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and support the further development of efficient trade and logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for handling international export transactions and coordinating the associated administrative processes.
You organise cross-border transports, review offers from freight forwarding partners, and select suitable transport solutions.
You ensure compliance with customs and export control regulations.
You process certificates of origin and preference documents and verify their accuracy.
You advise internal departments on customs tariffs, trade agreements, and international shipping regulations.
You collaborate with authorities and external logistics service providers and accompany customs inspections.
You optimise export and customs processes and support the digitalisation and automation of existing procedures.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma and have further trained in foreign trade, for example as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate.
You have several years of practical experience in export and customs processing.
You are well versed in Swiss customs regulations, international trade agreements, and preference rules.
You possess sound knowledge of international transport organisation and freight forwarding and are familiar with Incoterms.
You are characterised by personal responsibility, organisational talent, strong communication skills, as well as a careful, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
You have very good command of German and English, both spoken and written.
