Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced leader for a responsible position in the area of finance and controlling. You can expect a varied range of tasks with professional, personnel, and organisational responsibility. You will take on a central role in financial management, support the executive management with well-founded decision-making bases, and continuously develop existing processes.
Responsibilities:
You lead the Finance and Controlling department professionally, personally, financially, and organisationally
You are responsible for financial planning and control including budgeting, reporting, cost accounting, and annual financial statements
You ensure meaningful financial reporting and prepare analyses, key figures as well as well-founded decision-making bases for the management level
You guarantee the implementation and further development of quality management within your area of responsibility
You lead or accompany cross-departmental projects and work closely with various internal and external specialist departments
Qualifications:
You have a solid education or further training in finance, accounting, or controlling and bring several years of experience in a comparable role
You have leadership experience and understand how to lead, promote, and develop employees in a goal-oriented manner
You possess sound knowledge in financial planning, accounting, budgeting, reporting as well as cost and performance accounting
Fluent German language skills are required
