Responsibilities:
You answer customer enquiries and clarify open technical points with the responsible specialist departments.
You create invoices and check the details of the respective orders.
The handling of international deliveries including export and customs documentation is within your area of responsibility.
You inform dealers about the processing status of their orders.
In daily business, you check open sales offers and outstanding delivery orders.
You keep master data on customers and spare parts up to date.
You assist organisationally in the preparation of sales campaigns.
You support sales in processing spare parts enquiries and recording new orders.
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, preferably in the field of agricultural machinery, construction machinery or mechanics.
Commercial additional knowledge or corresponding further training is an advantage.
Experience in technical sales, order processing or customer service.
Experience with spare parts and technical product enquiries is desirable.
English skills facilitate communication with international contacts.
Independent, precise and reliable working style.
Strong service orientation and constructive collaboration with colleagues.
Very good German skills and good French skills in spoken and written form.
