Senior Linux System Engineer (m/f/d)

- You are committed to taking responsibility together with your team and driving forward the development of the automation environment, the container platform on OpenShift, and the Linux platform.
- In projects for the procurement or evaluation of new components and technologies, you take the lead or contribute significantly to their success.
- You enjoy developing new solution approaches and show perseverance in analysing problems and implementing corrective measures, alternating with your 7 team colleagues.
- You plan technical adjustments and bring sound knowledge in incident, release and change management.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science with a focus on system technology and have further qualified at FH or HF level.
- You bring solid experience with OpenShift and Ansible, and a certification as a Linux administrator (RHSA/RHCE) would be an advantage.
- With your extensive practical experience in supporting and managing virtualisation, storage, backup, Linux, automation and data centre infrastructure, you are a true expert in this field.
- A category B driving licence is required.
- Your profile is rounded off by very good German skills and the ability to express yourself professionally in English.
