Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Modern workplaces do not create themselves. As a Workplace Engineer, you take end-to-end responsibility for workplace projects and technically advance existing environments. You confidently navigate between Citrix, SCCM and cloud services. You work independently, think in solutions, and always have operations under control.
Responsibilities:
You lead workplace projects from analysis to handover to operations.
You integrate virtualisation solutions for desktops and applications into existing infrastructures.
Furthermore, you migrate and maintain workplace infrastructures during ongoing operations.
You take care of identity and access management as well as the evaluation of logs and reports.
Additionally, you are responsible for software distribution and patch management.
You also maintain documentation and contribute to change and release management.
Qualifications:
You have completed basic training in computer science and have several years of practical experience.
You have worked with SCCM and desktop virtualisation for several years, including practical implementation.
Ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
You are very familiar with configuration management and patch management.
Furthermore, you impress with a service-oriented and structured working style.
You also hold a category B driving licence and communicate confidently in German.
