- Your technical expertise is valued, and you have the opportunity to continuously develop and further your skills
- You independently carry out assigned tasks, respond to customer concerns, and adapt quickly to new situations
- You are open to new technologies and independently familiarise yourself with new subject areas as needed
- You take on the implementation of project tasks or independently lead subprojects - from as-is analysis through conceptualisation to implementation
Qualifications:
- You have a basic IT education and in-depth knowledge in the area of Microsoft server systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policies, and other technologies (e.g. Microsoft Exchange is a plus)
- Your skills include monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG Paessler), data backup solutions (Veeam products), and project and escalation management
- You have experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Windows 11, virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware vSphere / Horizon View), as well as storage system management
- You speak German at a high level and command English confidently in both spoken and written form
