Social Educators as Reinforcements (M/F) from 80% to 100% on Fixed-Term Contract

As part of a specific reinforcement of the support for two ASD residents at the Day Centres, we are looking for

Your missions and responsibilities:

• Provide individualised and adapted support to the specific needs of two residents
• Implement and monitor their individualised projects
• Support the residents in daily activities
• Observe, analyse and adjust support methods in collaboration with the team
• Contribute to a safe, structured and caring environment
• Actively participate in team dynamics within a multidisciplinary work framework.

Your ideal profile:

• Diploma as an educator from a recognised social school or holder of a CFC in ASE with desired professional experience in the field of autism or intellectual disability
• Ease in supporting people with specific needs
• Good observation, adaptation and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility.

These positions currently benefit from specific funding guaranteed until 31 December 2026.

Continuation of the collaboration may be considered depending on the renewal of this funding and the needs of the institution.
