System Engineer Microsoft & Cloud (m/f/d)

Role:
Responsibility for the operation, monitoring, and continuous development of IT infrastructures at customers.
Implementation and support of infrastructure and cloud projects as well as optimisation of existing platforms and processes.
Combination of technical engineering, customer consulting, and regular end-customer support in a dynamic SME environment.
Responsibilities:
Operation, monitoring, and further development of customer infrastructures
Participation in server and cloud migrations as well as projects in telephony and automation
Automation and optimisation of existing platforms and processes
Solutions engineering and technical customer consulting
Regular end-customer support
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ with further training as technician HF computer science or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of network technology and IT security
Experience with UCC solutions, especially Wildix, is an advantage
Understanding of dependencies in complex IT systems
Strong customer orientation and solution-oriented communication
Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
Languages
German at native level
Good English skills
(French skills advantageous)
