Role:
For an established Swiss energy supply company, we are looking for an experienced individual who ensures reliable and timely invoicing. In addition to operational billing, you will deal with tariff and contract data, complex special cases, and the ongoing optimisation of processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for timely and accurate energy and service invoicing
You plan and coordinate billing runs and check metering, tariff, and billing data
You support customer service with complex billing cases and handle special cases as well as changes
You coordinate collaboration with internal specialist departments and external IT partners
You work on digitalisation and automation projects and optimise the interfaces between energy data management and billing
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or technical basic education
You bring solid practical experience with an energy billing solution
You are IT-savvy and have very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP, EDM, or billing systems
Fluent German language skills are required
