Salary - CHF81,900 - 87,100Our client is an established Swiss company with a strong position in the international healthcare market. The company develops and produces specialised products used both in medical environments and in daily life. Role:
Due to an internal change, a responsible position in the Customer Service & Export department is being newly filled. In addition to looking after international customers and independently processing orders, you will deputise for the department head and support the coordination of daily business. Through structured induction and targeted knowledge transfer, you will be comprehensively introduced to the existing customer, export and process structures. The role offers you a lot of personal responsibility and attractive development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
You look after international customers and handle their concerns independently and solution-oriented
You take over coordination of the operational daily business in the team during the absence of the department head
You manage customer orders from order placement to on-time delivery
You coordinate shipping and delivery processes with sales, field service, logistics and other departments
You handle complaints and ensure customer-oriented solutions
You support export matters and ensure smooth international order processing
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education as an export or foreign trade clerk or willingness to complete corresponding further training.
Professional experience in customer service, internal sales or international order processing
Experience or good knowledge in export and international shipping processes
Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Independent, structured and reliable working style with strong communication skills
Enjoyment in taking on additional responsibility and professional development
