Commercial Clerk Export 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
For an established Swiss company in the technical sector, we are looking for a committed individual. The company offers high-quality products and system solutions for demanding commercial applications and stands for quality, innovation, and reliable service. A varied working environment and short decision-making paths characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
Independently process customer orders from quotation to invoicing
Prepare export orders and create required shipping and customs documents
Place and track orders with national and international suppliers
Monitor delivery dates and coordinate appropriate measures in case of delays
Organise transport, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehouse movements
Support suppliers and business partners in writing in German and English
Assist field service with technical and administrative customer enquiries
Continuously update price lists, article master data, and technical documents
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
Professional experience in order processing, internal sales, or export
Good knowledge of export and customs processing as well as international shipping
Confident use of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
Independent and structured working style with good prioritisation
Customer-oriented personality with reliable communication and team skills
Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
French skills are an advantage for the role
