Responsibilities:
- In your role, you take over the operation and continuous development of the modern cloud and workplace infrastructure. You ensure that our systems are always up to date and meet the highest standards
- In the planning and execution of hardware and software rollouts, you apply your skills and also take on second- and third-level support tasks in the client area, always in accordance with ITIL practices, especially in problem and change management
- The installation and configuration of desktop virtualisation solutions is part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all systems run smoothly
- Additionally, you are responsible for the development of automation scripts based on PowerShell to optimise processes and increase efficiency
- You design and develop innovative solutions in the area of client management, while maintaining and further optimising existing concepts to ensure efficient use
Qualifications:
- You have a completed IT education and bring 4 - 6 years of experience in a comparable role
- Your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft and solid skills in Microsoft Azure and Intune make you a valuable team member
- You have experience in the installation and administration of virtualisation solutions
- Additionally, you bring very good knowledge of PowerShell (scripting) and have a good understanding of the ITSM environment
- Your very good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
