Building Technician

About the role

Our client, a public administration, is looking for a Building Technician for a temporary replacement.

You will be responsible for designing and planning construction projects, as well as drawing and developing plans. You will also work directly on site during the monitoring of construction works.

Tasks

• Draw construction plans
• Maintain & update building plan files
• Plan & manage construction, renovation & fitting-out works
• Ensure site monitoring
• Handle all administrative & financial management of assigned projects

We are looking for

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as draughtsperson specialising in architecture / civil engineering OR a Higher Education Diploma (ES) in planning / construction management
• Some similar experience is an asset
• Working language: French
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
• Immediate availability
• Responsible, sociable & intellectually curious personality
