ZurichYour Tasks
- You develop and are responsible for the product and referrer marketing of the Education and Work department and ensure its strategic further development.
- You manage and coordinate marketing and communication activities within the department as well as across the various specialist areas.
- You develop target group-oriented marketing measures and campaigns for relevant online, content and social media channels and accompany their implementation.
- You advise the department management and specialist areas on strategic marketing, communication and positioning issues and prepare corresponding decision-making bases.
- You ensure coordination with corporate communications and other specialist areas and ensure a consistent marketing and communication architecture.
- You lead and accompany demanding projects, working groups and committees and represent the interests of the Education and Work department in organisation-wide initiatives.
Your Profile
- Completed studies at university of applied sciences or university level in marketing or a related field
- Several years of experience in strategic and conceptual marketing, ideally with a focus on product, referrer, online, content or social media marketing
- Solid experience in the development and implementation of campaigns. From target group addressing to campaign planning to impact analysis.
- Experience in leading and coordinating projects at the interface between private industry and administration
- Very good knowledge of digital marketing tools and communication channels as well as very good MS-365 skills
- Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form as well as strong communication, analytical and networking skills

Start Date

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 110,000 and 140,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
