Your tasks with the new employer

• Take over the professional and personnel management of the finance and controlling department and actively shape the financial direction of the company
• Coordinate budget, forecast, financial planning as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and create a reliable basis for strategic decisions
• Further develop controlling instruments, analyse profitability, cost structures and investments, and sustainably increase economic efficiency
• Drive the digitalisation and optimisation of financial processes and establish modern standards as well as efficient procedures in finance

• A completed degree in business administration, finance or controlling as well as further training in the financial sector form the ideal basis for this leadership role
• More than two years of leadership experience as well as sound practical experience in financial accounting, controlling, reporting and financial statement preparation are expected from you for this position
