Our Rocken partner specialises in highly complex aluminium die casting – from materials research to the finished assembly. With state-of-the-art technology, fully automated casting cells, and its own engineering laboratory, precision parts for the most demanding applications are produced here. Responsibilities:
Independently process customer orders from entry to completion
Create order confirmations and continuously monitor delivery dates
Plan international transports and coordinate with freight forwarders
Prepare export and customs documents and ensure their completeness
Support customers with questions regarding orders, delivery, and shipping processes
Select, coordinate, and manage freight forwarders in daily operations
Administratively manage consignment warehouses and associated stocks
Keep price lists, customer portals, and relevant master data up to date
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience in international order and export processing
Solid knowledge of customs, transport, and shipping
Good ERP knowledge, ideally experience with Infor COM
Confident handling of export documents and international delivery processes
Strong customer and service orientation
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Strong communication and organisational skills even with high order volumes
