IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Do you want to manage a versatile IT infrastructure and work with modern technologies? In this role, you take responsibility for the stable operation of the systems and actively contribute to the further development of the internal IT.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operation of server, storage and backup systems
Administration of VMware, HPE Morpheus, Windows/Linux servers, Azure, AWS and Veeam
Support of the workplace environment and user management with Microsoft 365
Handling incidents, changes as well as 1st and 2nd level requests
Support in the area of firewall and network
Participation in IT projects, release management and the further development of internal IT management tools
Implementation of measures in the areas of information security and vulnerability management
Qualifications:
IT training EFZ specialising in platform development or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Windows clients, server services, virtualisation and M365
Cloud, firewall and network knowledge advantageous
Independent, proactive and eager to learn personality with a strong service orientation
Willingness to perform occasional maintenance work outside regular working hours
Driving licence category B
Good German and English skills, spoken and written
