Exciting tasks

• Welcome, advise and assist customers at the counter and by phone
• Offer machines, accessories and spare parts suited to customers' needs, then complete sales
• Manage orders and monitor stock of machines and spare parts
• Ensure follow-up of rental equipment and prepare repair orders
• Participate in cash handling, invoicing and administrative tasks related to the activity
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming sales area.

Profile sought

• You have at least 2 years of sales experience in the garden machinery sector
• You enjoy customer contact and have a service-oriented mindset
• You know the main garden machinery brands or wish to develop your technical knowledge
• You are comfortable with IT tools, autonomous, versatile and organised
• You are fluent in French; German is an asset.
