What you can contribute
- Utilise and analyse the economic information of the insured's professional activity,
- Determine the income to be considered after studying the economic documents of the file and perform income comparisons,
- Calculate the loss of earnings or impediment in usual activities and propose additional instruction measures,
- Justify and defend contested assessments in appeal procedures in collaboration with the legal department,
- Process benefit requests and pension revisions
What makes you unique
- Commercial Federal Certificate of Competence, advanced administration diploma, federal specialist certificate in social insurance or university education,
- 2 years of experience in social insurance, ideally disability insurance,
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent writing skills and rigour in managing sensitive files,
- Comfort with numbers, statistical data and common IT tools,
- Sense of responsibility, goal and result orientation, team spirit, communication skills and service mindset,
- Very good knowledge of two national languages (B2 in German and French), passive Italian is an asset.
