Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to do more than just post numbers in finance? In this role, you take responsibility for your own companies and oversee their financial development from ongoing accounting to final accounts. You will encounter various topics such as consolidation, VAT, assets, and planning. At the same time, you have the opportunity to question processes, analyse connections, and actively further develop the finance department.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounting for your own companies and ensure a reliable data basis
You prepare quarterly, half-year, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR and coordinate the necessary work
You support consolidation and ensure correct preparation of financial data
You oversee the asset accounting and perform controls and reconciliations
You handle VAT matters and ensure correct and timely processing
You assist with budget, forecast, and financial planning processes
You contribute your ideas to make processes simpler, more efficient, and more digital
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting and final accounts
You are familiar with Swiss accounting, VAT and ideally also with consolidation
You have a good understanding of financial contexts and enjoy working analytically
You are proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office
You communicate confidently in German
