Role:
You are not just a technician but a partner who develops solutions that truly help customers. In this role, you take responsibility for knowing customers by name and understanding their business. You build solutions that genuinely support them, and if you notice internally something that could be improved, you speak up. You have the opportunity to contribute your opinion and bring about change. As a Senior Workplace Engineer, you have the chance to use your skills and experience to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
You manage and further develop customer environments with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Citrix, and networking.
In this role, you lead projects from planning to handover, including cloud and server migrations, Citrix environments, as well as telephony and UCC with Wildix.
As a Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer, you provide support at all levels, from quick help on the phone to fault analysis.
You recognise customers’ needs and advise them at eye level to meet their actual requirements.
You automate recurring tasks to optimise processes and increase efficiency.
In this role, you contribute ideas to improve and help shape your own processes and platforms.
Qualifications:
You have a basic IT education, such as IT specialist EFZ, HF, FH or university, and have several years of experience as a system engineer.
You are very familiar with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server and have solid fundamentals in networking and security.
You know the daily routine between project work and urgent tickets and keep an overview.
You can explain technology well and get along easily with people.
You speak very good German, understand Swiss German, and ideally also have good English skills.
